Behind the scenes in Mississippi with celebrity chef Rachael Ray...
First Lady Michelle Obama on Wednesday kicked off her three-state tour for the third anniversary of Let's Move! with a visit to Clinton, Mississippi. A FULL POST IS HERE.
The White House released a behind-the-scenes video of the action at Northside/Eastside Elementary Schools, where Mrs. Obama and celebrity chef Rachael Ray hosted the Let's Move! Cafeteria Cook-Off. The grand prize: A golden lunch tray, held by Mrs. Obama, above.
Clinton School District chefs Wendy Robinson and Fannie Collins were paired with professional chefs--Food Network's Sunny Anderson and Top Chef's Ryan Scott--as they did battle to cook a school lunch meal using federal nutrition standards--in just thirty minutes. The competition will be broadcast on Rachael Ray Show on March 11.
