With exactly two weeks until Election Day, the Obama campaign on Tuesday launched a new fundraising contest. Two winners will be selected and flown to Chicago to meet the President and Mrs. Obama on Nov. 6 for "Election Night with Barack." Each winner can bring a guest. The entry deadline is Oct. 29.
"I don't know what Election Night will hold, but I'd like you to be a part of the event here in Chicago," President Obama wrote in an email to supporters.
"Any donation you make today automatically enters you for a chance to meet me--airfare and hotel for you and a guest are covered."
The approximate retail value of the prize package is $1,200.00, and is taxable to the winners.
