President Obama, who signs his personal tweets on @BarackObama with his initials, sent this Rosh Hashanah message at 6:01 PM ET on Sunday evening as Jews across America marked the New Year. The President spent the weekend in seclusion at the White House, with no forays outside the gates. On Thursday, the President issued a video greeting for the High Holidays. The White House has also posted a series of family recipes from Jewish Administration officials to mark the High Holidays.
