Campaign Video: Barns For Obama
"Barns for Obama" was a big thing during the '08 campaign, when painting the Obama logo on barns went on across the heartland. That's not really happening in this election cycle, but three salt-of-the earth guys in the battleground state of Ohio have updated their '08 mural. They describe Mitt Romney as an out-of-touch elitist as images of their updated paint job flash onscreen in this new campaign video.
The Obama campaign wrote with the video: "Brian, Joe and Rick share how President Obama has led in environmental and rural development investment. The President has empowered farming and rural communities—increasing their successes and helping Ohio move forward to an economy that's built to last.
Their enthusiasm from 2008 continues. They've added a new mural to the 2008 Obama Barn and continue to be a part of this campaign by volunteering and stepping up to be Neighborhood Team Leaders."
