The Kids' State Dinner: White House Unveils "The Healthy Lunchtime Challenge Cookbook"

Let's Cook: 54 recipes by junior chefs, ages 8-12...
As First Lady Michelle Obama wrapped up the Kids' State Dinner luncheon on Monday, Let's Move! and released a digital cookbook with the recipes created by the 54 kid winners of the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge, a recipe contest designed to support the Let's Move! campaign. Six of the recipes were served at the luncheon, which used tomato, zucchini, mint and melon plucked from the First Lady's 1,500 square-foot Kitchen Garden. (Above: The entree)
