First Lady Michelle Obama: Let's Move! Outdoors

In a new Let's Move! video, First Lady Michelle Obama encourages Americans to "get active in the great outdoors" and engage in fitness activities. Mrs. Obama launched "Let's Move Outside!" during a visit to Nevada in June of 2010.

"The great outdoors is America's first and best playground," Mrs. Obama says in the video, after noting that "experts" recommend that children get at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day.

This week, Mrs. Obama visited Philadelphia, PA, to launch Let's Move! Cities, Towns and Counties.
