Easter Egg Roll tête-à-tête: Yosses And Pépin

It's pretty safe to assume that White House Executive Pastry Chef Bill Yosses (l) got a big kick out of having legendary French chef and cookbook author Jacques Pépin visiting the White House today during the 2011 Easter Egg Roll...

Yosses majored in French as a college kid, then lived in France and did his culinary training there. Both were demonstrating healthy recipes in the Kids Kitchen, which was part of the Play With Your Food activity center at the bottom of the South Lawn. Pépin had just taken off his chef's coat after a recipe demo with First Lady Michelle Obama when this photo was taken; the day was blazingly hot.
