President Obama "officially" kicked off Campaign 2012 with two Florida fundraisers on Friday. Simultaneously, the first negative foodie salvo of the campaign appeared on YouTube, in a new video rant from Anti-Obama Girl, who chides Mr. Obama for being "the Chinese food of presidents" as she teases viewers with her "beer-battered tits." She has a food fight to pick with other politicos, too.Candidate Obama, she says, had a "thrilling" and "historic" campaign, but two years into his presidency, he's a big disappointment. "As president, he sucks ass," Anti-Obama Girl says, as she ticks off her list of policy critiques. "Barack Obama is like Chinese food...you craaaave it...And an hour later, you're starvin' again...What exactly did he say to get me so fired up?"
During the 2008 presidential campaign, Candidate Obama had similar negative foodisms tossed at him: Among other things, he was accused of being an "arugula elitist," a waffler, and Kool Aid. But he also had the scantily clad and provocative Obama Girl getting out the vote for him. Anti-Obama Girl is a combo platter of the two aesthetics, melding snark, sex, and food into one onscreen rant. The video is actually by "Snarkipedia" of Nocureforthat.org, a "commentator" who has a following on YouTube.
As the video continues, Anti-Obama Girl compares various other politicos to food, too: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton "is like chicken pot pie...filled with all kinds of evil shit." Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) "is chicken fried steak...which will wage war in the Middle East." Sen. Ron Paul (R-TX) "is a rib eye steak...isolationist" Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) "is a vegetarian black bean burrito...."
You'll have to watch till the end to hear about the beer-battered breasts, however, because the verbal hijinks make no sense when transcribed....
