Under the new local law, kids' fast food meals must contain fruit & vegetables, and have less than 600 calories, in order to contain a junky plastic toy. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, writ small as a talking plastic "Crappy Meal" action figure, is the this-isn't-funny-if-you're-Sarah-Palin gag at the end of the video. Secretary Sebelius is, of course, a big partner in First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move! campaign.
"Right now, we have more children who are overweight and obese than we have ever had in this nation," the Sebelius action figure says.
