The State Dinner Tent, Part II

The massive tent being built on the South Lawn of the White House for Tuesday's State Dinner is progressing nicely. Most elements of the dinner are being kept tightly under wraps, but this pretty obvious. It's unclear exactly how big the guest list is...but about 400 people are expected, for the "hottest" event in town. It's also unclear if the tent is being used for the official and very formal welcoming ceremony for the Prime Minister, too. President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama's first State Dinner, in honor of India and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is next Tuesday, Nov. 24.  Click here to see how the tent looked on Friday.
