What, No Cooking Shows? Republicans Complain About The President's Media Omnipresence...

President Obama hit all five major TV outlets yesterday for the Sunday talk show circuit--except for Fox, in an effort to sell his health care reform ideas, once again. On Meet The Press, reporter David Gregory gave airtime to two Republicans: Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Rep. John Boehner (R-OH), to give their side of the story, which is "The President's health care plan is dead!" Gregory managed to get Boehner to admit that the President is not a socialist, however, but both men are upset that the President seems to be everywhere, all the time, both live! and in media (the President will be on David Letterman tonight...). Rep. Boehner had a pithy foodie comment that's worth noting, because it perfectly sums up the Republican take on the President's campaign:

SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM: The president is selling something that people, quite frankly, are not buying. He’s been on everything but the food channel. Just a few weeks—you know, last week he was addressing the nation.

It's the Food Network, but photo, above, Boehner is at left, Graham in middle, and Gregory is at right.
